2. Preparation & resourcing
Build calming anchors—breath, imagery, or movement—that you can return to whenever emotions rise.
3-6. Assessment through reprocessing
Recall the memory, pair it with bilateral stimulation, and replace limiting beliefs with truths that empower you.
7-8. Closure & re-evaluation
End every session grounded, then revisit the target later to ensure the shift remains steady.
